Position: Social Worker (Initial Assessments, Care & Support)






Location: North Wales
Interview Days: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and care & support evaluations.
  • Perform initial Section 47 assessments and handle Child Protection (CP) cases.
  • Transition CP cases to the PLO team as they progress to PLO status.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Care
  • Experience in children's safeguarding, including child protection, children in need, or children in care
  • Social Work Wales Registration
