Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a NPD Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a leading International manufactuer distributing to Restaurants, catering and more Supermakets

Principle Responsibilities for the NPD Manager �:-

• Following concept to Launch


• All decisions related to the recipes and new product development


• Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, and Senior Leadership Team to propose, develop, and design the company's innovation calendar.


• Adapt to urgent product delivery needs while maintaining quality, sustainability, and commercial viability.

Person specification:-

• Able to see the bigger picture and align product development with the company's overall goals and market trends.


• Understands customer needs and preferences to ensure new products are relevant, desirable, and meet market demand


• Efficiently manages budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize return on investment.


• Be creative and open minded! Think outside of the box


• Have good expiernece within the food and beverage industry, ideally 5 years+

This is a full time permanent NPD Manager �position, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm , offering an annual salary of �30k-40k �plus annual company benefits to include a 28 days holiday Incl bank holidays, pension scheme, working with senior stakeholders and progression
