This role offers remote work with occasional travel to Leeds, providing the chance to collaborate closely with a major UK retailer. You will lead projects from concept to launch, working within a dynamic multinational team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:





  • Working on customer briefs and tenders, including NPD, EPD, and Blue-Sky Innovation, while liaising with suppliers.

  • Collaborating with manufacturing sites and UK customers to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

  • Working closely with Commercial and Technical teams to keep all stakeholders well-informed.

  • Supporting commercial teams with panel presentations, submission sheets, and product cooking demonstrations.

  • Coordinating samples between suppliers and customers.

  • Ensuring QAS documents align with customer standards.

  • Conducting benchmarking, market research, and weekly store visits to analyse market trends.

  • Leading product consistency panel reviews, both internally and with customers.

  • Overseeing artwork sign-off and packaging coordination.

  • Keeping project trackers up to date and maintaining the Critical Path.

  • Embracing company culture and values in day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Ensuring BRC processes are followed, gathering necessary documents and approvals before product launches.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal administrative records.









What's required?




  • Minimum 3, ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • A degree in Food Technology.

  • Experience working with the ‘Big 4’ retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Morrisons, etc.).

  • Background in the breaded chicken, party foods, or snack foods categories.

  • A positive and professional attitude, with self-motivation and ambition.

  • A strategic and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and functions.

  • A full driving licence, as client locations may not be easily accessible by public transport.





What's in it for you?





£45,000.00 - £55,000.00 per annum
