Their company is renowned for its fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, supported by extensive testing facilities capable of handling a variety of fuel types and conditions.

They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic Manufacturing Engineering Team. In this role, you will provide critical support across all operational areas, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are achieved while maintaining a focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively resolve issues to enable production to meet customer requirements.
  • Act on instructions from senior engineers to maintain performance indicators and achieve schedule, cost, and quality goals.
  • Ensure required documentation and system transactions are completed to meet manufacturing and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant product manufacturing.
  • Drive improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) phases, ensuring timely manufacturing to meet delivery targets.
  • Address Environmental, Health, and Safety concerns in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Contribute to manufacturing improvement initiatives and promote best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, including PFMEA, PPAP, lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, process flow, RCCA, and SOP creation.
  • Experience in NPI project implementation, additive manufacturing, and supply chain support.
  • Knowledge of BOM audits, laser part marking procedures, and engineering drawings.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations: production planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
  • Knowledge of laser part marking technology (preferably Pryor equipment and software) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) and order generation logic.
