NQ Corporate Solicitor

Our client, a firm which advises a wide range of Scottish, UK and International clients, is currently seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their Corporate team in Dundee.

In this position, you will experience a wide variety of high-quality transactions in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures.
As the successful candidate, you will have gained some corporate/commercial experience in your training contract or as a recently qualified solicitor, can display commercial awareness and will be motivated by understanding the business models of each of this team’s clients and are driven by contributing to their success.
