Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
To be successful, you should have:

• NQ – 3 years PQE, with specific experience in disrepair or housing condition claims.

• Strong knowledge of social housing law, including property law and tenancy agreements.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical legal issues into clear advice.
\n
• Experience in managing a caseload of housing-related legal matters.
\n
• Strong advocacy skills, with a proven ability to represent clients in the County Court.
\n
• Experience handling social housing or asset management legal matters.
\n
• A client-focused, solution-driven approach to legal challenges.
