Job Title: NSE CPS Business Analyst Location: London Hybrid – role will be 90-95% home based with limited travel to the London office.Duration: 12 monthsDeloitte Working with the Deloitte Associate (Contractor) Programme means we can offer you the opportunity to work on a variation of projects. The Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the North South Europe (NSE) Confidentiality, Privacy and Security (CPS) transformation team. This is a new role where you will work on a portfolio of projects. The role will involve collecting a set of ISO 27001 policies from multiple geographies and assist in other NSE Confidentiality, Privacy and Security projects, with a wide exposure to internal teams. You will be working closely with the project manager(s) & the Programme Manager on these initiatives.Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:Collect, review, and combine a set of ISO 27001 policies from multiple geographies.Review the various policies and highlight gaps and areas of non-alignment. Work closely with a policy writing specialist to finalise the document.Liaise with the NSE SME group for that policy and gain approval of final wording. Writing and owning requirements documentation for projects and supporting achieving signoffs from stakeholders.Familiarity with Confidentiality, Privacy and Security, regulatory compliance programmes, and Second Line of Defence area is desirable.Understand assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues and work closely with the Project & Programme Manager to ensure that projects and reporting is always in good health.Support in transition to Run following project completion.Required Skills/ExperienceGeneralist Business Analysis skills: Documentation production including operating procedures, business process procedures, policy templates and project plans.Requirements gathering; definition, Process Design and Process Mapping. A strong ability in combining documents taken from different sources. Stakeholder Management – needs to be able to work and present operational measures and solutions to senior leaders. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Knowledge of Business process reengineering – e.g. Target Operating Models, Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), Robotic Process Automation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Desired:Financial Services, Regulatory or Telecomms experience with an understanding of tech transformation in a regulatory environment within Risk and Security. Worked in a global enterprise in a complex business environment.Lean / Six Sigma certification (desired)ServiceNow experience Understanding of certification frameworks like ISO 27001 is a plus.IR35 As a means of managing tax, commercial and reputational risks, Deloitte prohibits the use of Associates through Personal Service Companies (‘PSCs’).
