About working for Nuova Distribution UK:The Coffee Industry in the UK continues to be a very exciting place to be working and as a result of our ongoing growth in the UK with the Nuova Distribution team, we are now looking for a Sales Manager who will be the front line of Nuova Simonelli Coffee Equipment for the UK, based in Camden Town, London.Your primary focus will be on developing the relationships and sales through existing and new partnerships across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.This role will give the right candidate autonomy and therefore you need to be a natural self-starter. There will be sales targets to deliver via generating new business opportunities for Nuova Simonelli, so you will need to be committed to making a difference and excited to meet new people and build relationships.You will have a full UK driving licence and happy to travel throughout your territory, sometimes at different times depending on our customer’s needs.Main Activities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify potential customers and market opportunities to expand the customer base.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.Equipment Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the equipment you are selling, including its features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trendsand competitor offerings.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potentialcustomers. Highlight the value and benefits of the equipmentand address any concerns or objections.Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals. Understand pricing strategies and market dynamics to maximise sales revenue.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as the VA Team, marketing, customer service and technical support to ensure a seamless sales process. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and customer experience.Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory, including prioritising sales activities, managing travel schedules, and optimising customer visits.Sales Administration: Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts, purchase orders, and sales reports, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Professional Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through available training programs, industry events, and self-study.
