Nurse Manager

Connect2SocialWork are looking for a Nurse Manager (Mental Health Nurse/Registered Manager) for a complex mental health service for women in Blackburn.

Skills Required:

• Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
• Independent and self-motivated
• Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation
• Strong person focused attitude
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate.
• The ability to influence and advise at all levels.
• Good understanding of safeguarding. Minimum Safeguard level 3 training
• Right to work in the UK

Experience/Requirements:

• A current NMC pin
• Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
• Good understanding of safeguarding. Minimum Safeguard level 3 training
• Experience of the mental health and/or care sector.
• Previous experience of managing a team.
• Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Benefits and Working Hours:

• £45,000 -£50,000
• 5 hours per week across 5 days
• On call duties required
• 25 days plus bank holidays PLUS your birthday off
• Pension
