Your Role as a Nursery Assistant:

• Help deliver engaging and creative activities that support the development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene, ensuring the well-being of all children.
• Work closely with the nursery team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

We're Looking For in a Nursery Assistant:

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (preferred) and experience in early years settings.
• A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to working with young children.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
