Requirements for the Nursery Assistant Role:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant, particularly in Early Years and SEN support.
• A confident and caring approach, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage different responsibilities while maintaining a calm and supportive presence.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
