Randstad Education is collaborating with a well-established nursery school in Bognor Regis to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for afternoon support.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Part-time, term-time only (Afternoon hours)
• Role: PPA cover - supporting Keyworkers during their non-contact/paperwork time
• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Salary: NJC Grade 3 (£12.45 per hour)
• Impact: Play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for 3-4-year-olds.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and consistent care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and early learning experiences.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children.
• Provide individualized care and support children's personal needs.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the nursery.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures.<#####
