What you will get in your new role

In this position, you will earn an hourly rate of �16, with payments made weekly and holiday pay accrued. We offer a variety of daytime weekday shifts to choose from, allowing you to select a schedule that best fits your availability.
Responsibilities within your new role as the PVG Cook

In your new role as a PVG Cook, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, balanced meals and snacks tailored to the needs of the young children, ensuring they meet dietary guidelines and accommodate any food allergies or special dietary requirements. You will create menus that promote healthy eating habits, fostering a positive relationship with food from an early age.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience as a Cook in an educational or healthcare setting. A PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certification is mandatory, along with a Level 2 Food Safety certificate. You should also possess the ability to adjust menus as needed to accommodate specific dietary requirements.
