To work under close supervision of current manager who is becoming area manager / consultant

�35k-40k p.a depending on experience with option of a 4 day working week

Main responsibilities:�

To be committed and responsible for delivering effective safeguarding throughout the setting and be�

the designated safeguarding lead.�

To ensure the setting complies with all relevant legislation, local authority and Ofsted requirements.�

To manage and continuously monitor and improve the high standards of the learning, development�

and assessment of the children within the setting.�

To effectively oversee the day-to-day operational duties of the nursery within the vision of long-term

development goals.

Education & Qualifications�

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce�

or equivalent. Paediatric First Aid�

Skills & Attributes�

In depth knowledge of the EYFS.

Excellent communication skills with staff, parents and children.

Empathy and understanding of children under five
