Job Overview

We are seeking a permanent Nursery Nurse/ Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team and will provide opportunity to work either all year round or term time and excellent further training and career progression opportunities.

Starting salary: �25,000-�32,000pa + option to work either all year round or Term time only ( 12 weeks paid holidays) excellent further training, career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential from UK or overseas for example NVQ, BTEC, CACHE Level�diploma level 2 or 3 in childcare and early years education or BA in Early Childhood Studies from Uk or overseas university. Or Montessori Teaching Qualification.�

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.


• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


• Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, while maintaining a structured yet flexible environment.


• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support each child's individual needs.


• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents and the team.


• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages children's exploration and creativity.
