GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse for a full-time position at a client nursery in Gateshead, NE10. This role is ideal for someone with experience in early years education and a passion for nurturing young children.

Job Summary:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the development of children's personal, social, and emotional skills.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Support the development of children’s language, literacy, and numeracy skills.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Hold a relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce).
• Have experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, patient, and nurturing.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
