Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's learning and development.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Observe and record children's progress, working closely with parents and carers.
• Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About You:

• Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Passionate about child development and creating a fun learning environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child welfare.
