Job Summary We are seeking a confident, calm, organised and passionate Toddler Room Practitioner to join our all year round toddler team 22-36months . The ideal candidate will have the ability to support children in all areas of our curriculum and to build and relationships with parents and carers.
Duties
Provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in a nursery setting.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards.
Drive initiatives that encourage children's curiosity and creativity through interactive play.

Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children and families.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing situations.
