• L3 childcare qualification or above
• Knowledge of working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Has a genuine passion for working with children
• Has previous experience of working with children in a nursery or similar setting
• Understands the importance of safeguarding children
• Is knowledgeable about health and safety regulations in a childcare environment
