Nursery Room Leader

Salary: Up to £27,000pa

Great Starts Recruitment Ltd are working with a day nursery in Brentwood who are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to provide the best possible care and support for children aged 18 months - 5 years depending on position. There is a Room Leader vacancy in both the toddler and preschool room.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key worker


• Support children's learning and development


• Record children's development using an Early Years software


• Complete medium and short term planning


• Oversee staff within the room


• Communicate with parents and caregivers

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (this qualification must meet the Ofsted requirement and we can check this if you are unsure)


• Room Leader role experience is preferred however, if you are an experience practitioner looking for your next step, this will also be highly considered
