Nursery Room Leader

Level 3 qualified Nursery Room Leader, required for our nursery in Beaconsfield for our Baby Room , we are happy to accept an experienced Nursery Practitioner, looking for the next step up in their career, you must be Level 3 qualified and able to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday or possible for 7.30am-6.30pm, 4 days a week, experience in a Baby Room is essential.

Nursery Room Leader Duties -
Manage our Baby Room
Manage staff including any agency staff in the room.
Key children , observations , planning.
Communications with parents, staff and management.
Follow EYFS, Safeguarding and general nursery policies.
Nursery Room Leader Requirements:
Level 3 or above in Childcare
Recent UK Nursery experience and in a Baby Room
Good knowledge on EYFS, ratios and Safeguarding
Confidence in managing a team
Good communication skills, reliable, punctual and a good team player
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
