Nursery Teacher

Are you an experienced Nursery Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive environment? A vibrant, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school in Rednal is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Nursery School team. Starting ASAP and continuing until Easter with the possibility of an ongoing role, this position offers you the chance to work alongside another teacher, collaboratively planning engaging lessons for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

As a Nursery Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking in line with the EYFS framework.
• Collaborating with the other class teacher to plan lessons and activities.
• Directing and delegating tasks to Teaching Assistants within the class.
• Delivering the National Curriculum to a high standard within the nursery school setting.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a Nursery School or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence in planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• The ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
