The Role

We are seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting the learning and development of children in their early years. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment that encourages children to thrive and explore.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of engaging and creative activities.
• Assisting with planning and preparing learning materials.
• Helping children develop social, emotional, and academic skills through play-based learning.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and development.
Providing individual support to children with additional learning needs.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="1660">Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
