Role Overview

As the Deputy Manager/Nursing Clinical Lead, you'll support the Home Manager in overseeing care home operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver high standards consistently. Your strong clinical governance and leadership skills will ensure excellent resident care, compliance, and a positive, safe environment.



Nursing Clinical Lead Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage healthcare staff, fostering a high-morale workplace.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and personalized care plans.

  • Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Engage with residents and families to address their needs and concerns.

  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining occupancy and promoting the home.



Nursing Clinical Lead Qualifications and Experience




  • Proven leadership in a nursing or care home environment.

  • Strong clinical governance skills and experience with dementia care.

  • Personable, with a passion for social care and high standards.

  • Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications and a commitment to professional development.
