Nursing Home Manager

This role offers a comparative salary between �75,000 - �85,000 per annum, with an outstanding bonus structure and potential earnings of �100,000+. You'll also enjoy a generous holiday allowance and the opportunity to earn a commissioning bonus.

As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will:

• build occupancy in a brand new state of the art nursing home
• Build and manage your own team
• Ensure profit and loss aligns with the set budget.
• Manage the day to day running of the home

• Annual salary of �75,000 - �85,000 with an OTE of �110,000+
• Pension scheme.
• Generous holiday allowance.

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Nursing Home Manager in a senior management role.
• Commissioning experience of a service is preferable
• Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
• Excellent management skills.
• Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
