Our client is on the lookout for a Home Manager who can manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, This exciting opportunity in Harborne is commutable from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch and surrounding areas

Our client is a directing healthcare group that operates care homes across the Midlands and are on the Hunt for a Nursing Home Manager to manage their state of the art nursing home, caring for the elderly.
As a Nursing Home Manager, you'll be:
  • Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
  • Providing outstanding, personalised care to residents
  • Managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas
  • Strengthening the company's brand as a credible healthcare partner
Package and Benefits:
In the role of Nursing Home Manager, you will receive:
  • An annual salary of �65,000 - �70,000
  • KPI Bonus scheme

The ideal candidate for the Nursing Home Manager role will have:
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and expertise Nursing qualification is preferable
  • A excellent commercial acumen and strategic mind
  • Understanding of CQC compliance and evidence of previous good our outstanding inspections
  • The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements
