Our client based in Croydon is looking for a permanent Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to work in their college.\n\nNewly expanded as an academy trust with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, our friendly and successful Therapy team works in partnership with lecturers/teachers and support staff across all our sites. \n\nOur client is a provision for students with complex needs. All their students have autism and associated social communication, cognitive, sensory, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.\n\nThey come under the broad description of 'Severe Learning Difficulties' (SLD)\n\nJ102088\nPermanent Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist\nSalary: £32,306.

Dep on exp (negotiable)\nLocation: Croydon/Surrey\nHours: 36 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Term Time plus 3 weeks\nSpeciality: Complex Needs (College)\n\n\nJob Role:\n\n* Require an Occupational Therapist Specialist to work as part of our dynamic multi-disciplinary team (including SALTs, ASD leads, Canine and Music Therapists\n* To support our learners in accessing all aspects of the curriculum\n* Liaising with parents/carers and other external professionals and agencies. \n* You will work closely with teaching staff\n* Helping to integrate therapy and learning objectives\n* Instructing and supporting teaching staff in delivering therapy programmes and use of specialised equipment. \n* You will also deliver training to other staff.
