Occupational Therapist

HCRG Staffing are looking for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in Walsall, West Midlands for a Council / local authority. Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days per week in the office and the rest remote working.

3-4 month locum contract initialy will a view to extend and the service will consider full or part time hours.

\n

Main Purpose of the Job Role: To provide strong professional Occupational Therapy practice leadership across all operational areas of the service. To be a member of the Adult Social Care Senior Management Team. To represent the Adult Social Care workforce at a strategic level to ensure service design and priorities are influenced by frontline OT practice experience. To contribute to a quality assurance system with a focus on improving outcomes for adults with care and support needs. To lead on learning and development and progression opportunities for the OT/OTA offer across Adult Social Care and work with managers to ensure that regular supervision, training, and development occurs.

Excellent pay rate of £35.86 per hour (using an umbrella company of your choice).
