OCCUPIERS AND PUBLIC LIABILITY LITIGATION FEE EARNER
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus a very generous commission scheme and benefits
Role Overview
An award-winning law firm based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Occupiers and Public Liability (OL/PL) Litigation Fee Earner to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer (1+ years PQE, CILEX, or qualified by experience) to handle a predominately fast track caseload, with a diverse mixture of work types. As part of a highly ambitious firm, you will play a key role in providing clients with exceptional service and achieving the best possible results.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 1 year PQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent experience in handling litigated cases.
\n
• Strong experience in occupiers’ and public liability litigation, with a focus on fast track cases.
\n
• The ability to handle a varied caseload and demonstrate sound legal judgement.
\n
• An interest in working on high-quality work sourced directly, without the involvement of CMCs.
\n
• A driven, proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
\n
