Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate ocean freight shipments for domestic and international clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documentation and customs compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays or damages, maintaining excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in ocean freight operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
