We are currently looking for an experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to join our team based in Coleshill. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ocean freight imports, ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with shipping lines and customers, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Based in Coleshill, you will play a key part in streamlining operations and improving service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import process from booking to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and all relevant import requirements.
• Manage costs and ensure adherence to agreed budgets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in ocean freight import coordination.
• Strong knowledge of import processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
