Ocean Import/Export Coordinator

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Ocean Import/Export Coordinator to join their office in Tilbruy.

• Coordination of Import/Export Shipments�


• General duties related with Imports/exports , shipping and freight forwarding


• Import/Export �Customs Clearance via CDS using our inhouse software (Multifreight/Multished)


• Producing timely shipping documentation through our Freight Management Systems�


• Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with prospective customers


• Use our Freight Management System as well as other Microsoft software such as Outlook/Word & Excel to a good degree of accuracy


• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve team objectives


• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas.
