Rate: up to �472.50 p/d Umbrella
Role purpose / summary
Our client is looking for a Office 365 Specialist to play a key role in administering, maintaining and improving and optimising the migration factory solution.
Key Skills/ requirements

• Collaborate with existing SMEs to support cloud-to-cloud data migration scenarios * Produce adhoc end to end scripting solutions to support complex migration solutions * Display a complete understanding of Active directory and IAM lifecycle management within Entra ID.
• Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of Office365 services as part of the migration strategy.
• Provide proven analytical and problem resolution ability while operating against short timelines for delivery.
• 10+ years' experience working in the IT industry including;
• 5+ years experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (or previously Skype for Business)
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft 365 * 5+ years experience with User migration between Microsoft tenants
• 5+ years experience with Azure including Azure Active Directory
• 5+ years experience with Active Directory with an indepth knowedge of cross forest access and migrations
• Experience with user/data migrations using Quest on Demand tooling
• Experience with carve out scenarios, providing end to end project managment and technical support
• Experience with on-premise file server migrations
• Ability to work on own initiative and well within a team both face-to-face and virtually.
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in working with partners that will work to deliver Modern Workplace solutions ensuring they meet defined standards and are fit for purpose.
• Experience with scrum and Agile projects, ticketing solutions e.g. JIRA

Skills Requirements - Desirable

• Strong working knowledge of O365 end-to-end infrastructure and design
• Experience with the other components of the Microsoft 365 suite always desirable
• Experience with automation principles a bonus * Software lifecycle management experience a plus
• Business Analyst skills useful
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Compute, Logic apps, function apps, keys, secrets etc.
• Any code check-in tool such as Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
• A creative and pragmatic approach when it comes to defining solutions;
• An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
