Title: Office Accounts Admin
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Location: Central London (fully onsite 9am - 5:30pm)
Contract Type: Permanent (full time)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for expense management, including budgeting and sending payments
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Responsible for procurement, distribution, and inventory management of office supplies
- Provide a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director
Requirements
- Finance-related background is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential, previous experience with finance software is a plus
- Number-sensitive, well-organised, attention to detail
- Previous bookkeeping or accounts admin experience is a plus
