Are you comfortable handling communication via email and phone? /strong /p p br /p p We're seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team and handle a variety of essential tasks. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient communication, providing support in human resources (HR), and managing payments accurately. /p p br /p p 1-2 days a week in our Leeds office. Hybrid working available /p p br /p p strong Here's what you'll do: /strong /p p br /p ul li strong Junior Account Mgmt: /strong Handle some smaller accounts for supporting with sales activiites. /li li strong Customer service: /strong answer customer service calls and emails and support customer service team /li li strong Assist with HR: /strong Help with onboarding, employee records, leave requests, and answer basic HR questions. /li li strong Process payments: /strong Handle invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records. /li li strong Maintain organized documentation: /strong Create, file, and manage documents with precision and organization. /li li strong Provide administrative support: /strong Assist different departments as needed with data entry, project management, and research. /li li strong Stay tech-savvy: /strong Be proficient in essential software like email, calendars, HRIS, and accounting tools. /li li strong Collaborate effectively: /strong Work closely with colleagues across all departments. /li /ul p br /p p strong We're looking for: /strong /p ul li strong 2+ years of experience /strong in an office administration or similar role. /li li strong Strong communication and interpersonal skills: /strong Write and speak clearly, professionally, and efficiently. /li li strong Organization and time management expertise: /strong Handle multiple tasks with ease, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. /li li strong Meticulous attention to detail: /strong Ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work. /li li strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HR/finance software. /strong /li li strong Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /strong /li li strong Positive attitude and willingness to learn. /strong /li /ul p br /p p br /p p strong Key Qualities /strong /p p - Organised and ability to plan and prioritse your own workload /p p - Exceptional customer service /p p - Administration experience /p p - Superb attention to detail and accuracy /p p - Excellent written and verbal communication skill /p p - Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems /p
