As the shift to electrification gains momentum, we continue our worldwide scale-up with a growing customer base and employees in the UK, US and Germany.We are collaboration focused, with a determination and passion for technology, our people and the environment and we are looking for an HR & Office Administrator to join our team. What you’ll be doing:Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our remote team in our fast growing company. You will support employees based in the UK, Germany and US, as well as manage the day to day administration of our Cambridge office.HRProduce accurate and timely payroll details (including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions) through our outsourced providerProvide support for HR initiatives, hiring, onboarding and offboarding Maintain accurate employee payroll recordsEnsure HR policies are up to date and reviewed as requiredAssist with benefits administration (e.g., company cars and pensions)Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepanciesOffice AdministrationOversee the day-to-day administration of the remote ‘office’ and our office in CambridgeCoordinate travel arrangements, team events and meetingsManage office supplies, employee hardware and merchandise inventoryProvide administrative support to the Financial Controller as requiredWhat we need from youIdeally based in the Cambridge area, with at least 1 years experience in HR or office administration and working with sensitive information, you also have;Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in event planning and booking travelProficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
