James George Recruitment are working with a successful client in their search for an Office Administrator.
Job description
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the
future.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include -
Processing Customer sales orders.
Customer Service via phone and email, handling customer and supplier enquiries and queries.
Answering in bound telephone calls.
Any general office administration tasks as required.
Raising purchase orders
Book Vehicles and Transport for deliveries
Ensure the relevant materials are here ready for production
Completing spreadsheets and information as required
Creating quotes and amending customers specifications.
Weekly stock reports and keeping all stock levels up to date and insure we always have a good level of stock
You will also be asked to help with further tasks, such as -
Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.
Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.
Person Specification
Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Experience in using Microsoft Office
Must be self-motivated & hungry to achieve success
High attention to detail
Sales and customer service experience is preferred
