Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be working with a collaborative business based near Watton, recruiting for the position of Office Administrator and looking for a positive, proactive and helpful individual to join the team on a permanent, part time basis, starting in January 2025.
Working Mondays and Fridays, 9am to 5pm with half an hour lunch.
*You'll need flexibility to cover an extra 5-10 days per month for holidays, working between 22-36 hours per week*
The role...
* Assisting the Managers with their duties
* Monitoring and ordering stationery, staff uniform and other office equipment
* Updating and monitoring excel spreadsheets & word documents
* Producing pricing sheets
* Dealing with ad-hoc administration and tasks
* Supporting the team with smooth running of the daily workload
The individual we are looking for will have…
* A personable nature and friendly demeanour
* Existing administration experience
* Strong organisational skills
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
* Proactive work approach and can-do attitude
* Ability to problem solve and creatively think outside the box
What’s in it for me?
* £11.50 per hour, earning between £15,500 to £21,500 per annum subject to hours worked
* Annual leave calculated as 1 hour per every 8 hours worked
* Fortnightly pay on a Friday
