MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Kitchen Duties - including but not limited to:
  • Ensure tea, coffee, sugar etc... supplies are managed and available for staff to use
  • Ordering of milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc...
  • Keep the kitchen area clean
  • Cycle dirty\clean crockery and cutlery through the dishwashers
  • Responsible for all morning duties to set up for the day
  • Management of conference and meeting rooms to meet booking requirements
  • Manage enquiries in shared email account
  • Stationery orders
  • Handling of Post in & Post Out
  • Escorting engineers/visitors
  • Tea, Coffee & lunches for visitors
  • Support Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks
  • Able to support some Friday's, with suitable notice provided. For escorting third parties on a non working day
