Location: L21 - (Seaforth Docks)

Pay: �12 per hour

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm



Working in the heart of the port, you will work in an office environment assisting the team and handling the weighbridge operation and assisting in everything Admin



Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software applications. Duties




  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professional phone etiquette

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Handling the weighbridge for vehicles arriving and leaving

  • Organise and maintain office files and records, both physical and digital

  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration

  • Provide clerical support to other team members as needed

  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials

  • Support the planning and execution of office events or meetings



Experience




  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not mandatory
