Office Administrator - Axbridge, Somerset

Monday - Friday days

Profit share bonus scheme, increasing holiday, training and development opportunities, onsite parking, social activities


Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Office Administrator to join their Project team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Providing general administration across a range of departments & teams

Supporting teams with quotations from customers

Prepare and send out purchase orders

Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are hit

Assisting with production with packaging and delivery notes for dispatch

Preparation of work packs & build, communicating with all internal departments


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Strong Microsoft office experience, specifically Excel

Strong customer service skills
