Our client, a well-established and reputable construction company, is looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
·Assist with scheduling and organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
·Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
·Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.
·Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
·Support the team with project-related tasks, including preparing reports and presentations.
·Maintain and update office records, databases, and contact lists.
·Handle any ad-hoc administrative duties as required by management.
Key Skills & Experience:
·Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is highly desirable.
·Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
·Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
·A positive and professional attitude.
