Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively working with an award winning business in Watton, recruiting for the position of Office Administrator and looking for a positive, proactive and helpful individual to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.
Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break.
The role...
- Assisting the Managers with their duties
- Monitoring and ordering stationery, staff uniform and other office equipment
- Updating and monitoring excel spreadsheets & word documents
- Producing schedules and updating diaries
- Dealing with ad-hoc administration and tasks
- Supporting the team with smooth running of the daily workload
The individual we are looking for will have…
- A personable nature and friendly demeanour
- Existing administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
- Proactive work approach and can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve and creatively think outside the box
