Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively working with an award winning business in Watton, recruiting for the position of Office Administrator and looking for a positive, proactive and helpful individual to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.



Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break. 





The role...




  • Assisting the Managers with their duties

  • Monitoring and ordering stationery, staff uniform and other office equipment

  • Updating and monitoring excel spreadsheets & word documents

  • Producing schedules and updating diaries

  • Dealing with ad-hoc administration and tasks

  • Supporting the team with smooth running of the daily workload




The individual we are looking for will have…




  • A personable nature and friendly demeanour

  • Existing administration experience

  • Strong organisational skills

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment

  • Proactive work approach and can-do attitude

  • Ability to problem solve and creatively think outside the box
