Office Support Administrator
Fully office based - Old street
£30,000
An award-winning research firm based in Old Street is seeking an Office Support Administrator, paying up to £30,000 plus benefits, to join their growing Office Operation function.

The function of the role will be to support the office administration team with ISO audits, improving office functions and processes as well as managing the day to day operations.
Duties will include the following:
Assisting with ISO requirements; collecting and analysing data, updating records, preparing training materials, issuing internal communication to staff, preparing for audits, contributing towards a continuous improvement culture.
Creating and updating department policies and procedures.
Assisting with the management of office budget and bills; preparing department bills for approval, forwarding receipts and supplier invoices to the accounts department for payment.
Managing the coordination of internal communications (including maintenance of the company intranet).
Assisting with front desk duties; sharing responsibility for being the first point of contact for all visitor
Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail processing and courier deliveries;
Acting as a Fire Marshal and a First Aider
Taking minutes of team meetings and taking ownership of meeting agenda management
Monitoring incoming enquiries from clients, ensuring new enquiries are processed daily.
Assisting with ordering stationery and office supplies in office administrator’s absence. Complying with the company’s environmental policy and following procedures as specified in the Environmental Management System.
Any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Office Manager, internal staff or Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will be looking for an administration position where you can be the go to person for a team as well a help to push the business forward. You will be highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to take on a variety of tasks. Not only that you will be process driven, but will also have the ability to analysis and improve processes wherever you see fit.
