A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager / Administrator to join an award winning architectural/consultancy firm.This role is full time, based in their Oxford office and is a 1 year Fixed Term contract.Responsibilities will be varied and this is an ideal position for someone who is helpful and flexible – someone who enjoys being that person in the office needed by all and approachable to all.Duties include:Facilities management and ensuring all Health & Safety and ISO standards are achieved and maintained.Ensuring adequate stock of stationery, kitchen, and office suppliesProject administration support including booking travel, printing professional reports & drawings, filing etcBooking meeting rooms, hosting guests, end-to-end meeting coordinationFront office duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and answering callsArranging and managing local staff events, celebrations and employee recognitionAct as the ‘go to person’ for all employee office needsProduction of the Annual Meeting ScheduleRecording updates for Starters and LeaversManaging corporate subscriptions and membership renewalsTeam support and ad hoc administrative tasks and a willingness to provide support on a range of projects and initiativesSkills and experience:Previous experience in an Office Management / Administrator roleGood with numbers and mathematically competentA flexible approach and be able to prioritiseExperience of working in a pressured environment with frequent interruptions.Proven problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanourStrong communication & attention to detailExceptional organisational skills.Enthusiasm for developing skills and knowledgeSalary: £28,000 plus excellent benefitsBenefits include:Annual leave increasing with long service, life assurance, study sponsorship with paid study leave, sabbaticals, employee assistance programme, season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, virtual GP service, subscription fees, company day out, a volunteering scheme and enhanced learning & development opportunities.Lily Shippen are experts in recruiting top business support and Human Resources talent, including PAs, EAs, Receptionists, Private PAs and Office Managers as well as Generalists, L&D, Recruitment (Experienced and Graduate) and HR Operations, on a temporary, permanent and fixed-term contract basis.
