Are you an experienced Office Manager or Senior Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks or similar software, seeking a dynamic role where you can lead an office and drive its future success while benefiting from company-provided training and flexible work arrangements tailored to your needs?

Due to expansion, they are seeking a seasoned Office Manager with extensive QuickBooks experience to support their growth.

In this role, you will oversee office operations and contribute to future development and process improvements. Your financial expertise will be crucial as you take charge, make impactful suggestions, and manage bookkeeping, sales ledger, purchase ledger, purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns. Additionally, you will handle import declarations, IPR processing, and all financial closings.

This position is ideal for a financially experienced Office Manager or Senior Bookkeeper looking to take on significant responsibility and enhance business operations. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, further training, and the possibility of a flexible or hybrid working model.

THE ROLE:
* Office Manager/ Senior Bookkeeper
* Improving business operations
* Purchase Order using QuickBooks
* Sales ledger/ Purchase ledger/ Bank reconciliation/ VAT returns/ Import declarations
* Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm (potential for flexibility or hybrid DOE)
