A Japanese company is looking for an office manager /�secretarial officer.
Salary: around GBP30K-35K
Location: London (hybrid work possible in the future)
Job description:
Secretarial duties
-Support to the office manager
-Documentation assistance
-Scheduling, arranging appointments and travel arrangements
Accounting and accounting related work
-Interaction with head office accountants
-Interaction with accounting and tax advisers
-Processing invoices and payments
-Preparation of financial statements
-Payroll and income tax processing support
General administration
-Dealing with visitors
-Telephone and email support
-Management of office equipment and supplies
Requirements
-Business level or above in both Japanese and English
-Experience in either administration, accounting or secretarial work.
-General accounting knowledge is a plus.
-Able to use MS Office without any problems.
-Able to work without visa restrictions (YMS and PSW applicants are not eligible to apply).
