Office Manager-UK Launch, major global festival brand (media, tech, creative)
Location:
Shoreditch, London, United Kingdom
A globally recognised event celebrating tech, film, music, education, and culture is expanding to the UK. A proactive Office Manager is now needed, to ensure smooth daily operations and support for the team as they grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities.
Support the executive team with scheduling, reports, and travel arrangements.
First point of contact for incoming enquiries- dealing with them accordingly
Assist with event planning and logistics.
Handle office budgets, expenses, and invoicing.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Oversee IT infrastructure and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in office management or similar roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of budgeting, HR practices, and UK employment laws is a plus.
Event coordination experience is desirable.
