Fidarsi are delighted to be partnering with a Global Investment Manager, who are recruiting for an Office Manager and will be responsible for the Global office’s daily operations. This role is fully office based, in central London. The Office Manager must be a dynamic and organised individual who is excited to join a boutique, fast paced office. Responsibilities include:Greeting clients/guests and directing them to their destination/meeting room, offering refreshments, and advising team of their arrival.Booking meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are cleared afterwards in preparation for the next meeting. Answering phones and responding to inquiries along with routing calls to the relevant personnel.Providing secretarial/admin support to senior leadership.Making travel and hotel arrangements for staff as required.Ensuring photocopier/printer is maintained in good working orderOrdering basic food staples and fresh fruit for staff consumption, ensuring tidiness of open kitchen area during the day. Assist in organising and coordinating various marketing/sales events, such as conferences, seminars, and client meetings. Assist in the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and video setup. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event executionAssist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and other materials for business development and sales meetings.Must have previous experience in running the daily operations within a regulated environment, ideally financial services. Experience with administrative and clerical work Advanced in Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskFriendly, professional, and upbeat.
