My client are a flexible office provider and are looking for a Front of House Manager to join their team. This role will be based in their office in St James and you will oversee all front of house duties for the building.
Duties:
Provide administration support to the group of businesses in the building, managing the day-to-day operations of the building and office.
First point of contact for office visitors - meeting and greeting clients, suppliers, and franking post.
Oversee the smooth running of the office.
Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with facilities and suppliers to manage building maintenance, ensuring everything is in working order and any repairs are reported and dealt with efficiently.
Maintain and troubleshoot any IT issues.
Ensuring the office space and front desk is impeccably presented and always stocked.
Ensure the office complies with health & safety regulations.
Booking meetings, reservations and managing daily appointments.
Qualifications
Proven capability with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good commercial acumen with an ability to provide sound advice to clients.
Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to swiftly build gravitas amongst clients.
Positive attitude, true team player with a ‘can do’ approach
